Patient is a 52 year old female from Atlanta Georgia who presented with droopy eyelids and complained of difficulty in seeing as the eyelids blocked her vision. The goal was to improve her vision by lifting her eyelid muscles and remove extra eyelid skin go give her a younger look. Her upper eyelid surgery involved tightening the stretched muscle to make both sides symmetrical and removing the extra eyelid skin. Her incisions are almost scarless and she is very happy with her blepharoplasty. The obstruction in her vision has been corrected. Her skin also improved with the Obagi skin care regimen.
Patient is a 48 year old female from Roswell, Georgia who was referred by her ophthalmologist for eyelid surgery to correct droopy eyelids. She had difficulty with her upper lids obstructing her vision. The goal for blepharoplasty for this patient was to tighten the upper eyelid muscle to elevate her eyelids and to remove the extra skin and improve the cosmetic result. Following her eyelid surgery, the patient had quick recovery and was very happy with her results: Unobstructed vision and a youthful look.
Patient is a 28 year old female from Alpharetta, Georgia who wanted a youthful appearance. Her goals were to improve her forehead crease lines, elevate her brow, reduce her eyelid puffiness, and improve her nasal contour and tip definition. The patient did not want to continue to get botox and wanted a substitute for botox. It was suggested that her muscles can be denervated surgically and this is similar to botox to the forehead and brow area. The patient underwent forehead lift with an incision in the anterior hairline to elevate eyebrows and reduce frown lines. Her eyelid surgery gave a youthful appearance to her eyes, and fat graft was also performed to her deep forehead furrows. The rhinoplasty narrowed the nose and improved tip definition.
