This is a 40 year old female from the Snellville, Georgia who was in great shape but still could not get rid of her lower abdominal bulge following her pregnancy. Due to the extra skin and tissue the patient was the better candidate for a tummy tuck than liposuction. She did well with her abdominoplasty and recently returned a for a breast reduction.
Patient is a 48 year from the Atlanta, Georgia area with considerable stretch marks and bulging of lower belly. The patient agreed to a tummy tuck and pictures are shown for before and eight months following the procedure. Her tummy tuck scar is higher due to a previous cesarean section scar over which her abdominoplasty scar was placed. The patient is very happy with her results.
Patient is 38 year old female from Alpharetta, Georgia who presented with muscle laxity as well as loose skin in her abdomen. This is usually due to pregnancy. The patient was presented with doing either a regular or a mini tummy tuck. Since her goal was to tighten the entire abdominal skin, both above and below the belly button, she elected to have a regular tummy tuck with liposuction of her flanks. Liposuction of the flanks is included with a tummy tuck and is part of the procedure. She is presently very happy with her results and her incision has benefited from scar massage.
This patient is a 54 year old female runner from Atlanta, Georgia who had difficulty with extra tissue in her love handles as well as muscle laxity and lower belly bulge after pregnancy. Her goal was to tighten the muscle in her lower abdomen and loose the extra fat in her flanks. She underwent a tummy tuck and liposuction of her love handles. Her incision is slightly higher as it was placed in her undergarment and is normally hidden as noted by the tanning lines. She was very pleased with her results.
This is a patient in her fifties from Alpharetta, Georgia and wanted a tummy tuck. During the consultation, she stated that she was trying to loose weight and I suggested that she return after her weight loss as her results will be better. She returned 6 months later and stated that she was unable to loose weight and that she did want a tummy tuck. Since the trial of weight loss had failed, I reluctantly agreed to perform her procedure. Her muscle was tightened and excess skin and fat removed. She also had liposuction of her love handles. She is presently very happy with the procedure and wished she had done it a long time ago. Her pictures are 6 months after her procedure
Patient is a 29 year old female from Duluth, Georgia whose goal was to improve the contour in her medial thighs. Her diet control and exercise had not helped her with contouring the inside of her thighs. The patient underwent liposuction of her thighs and is happy with her results and looking forward to having liposuction of her arms.
Patient is a 42 year old female from Alpharetta, Georgia who presented with extra skin and muscle laxity in her stomach area. She was referred for a tummy tuck by her physician. Both a mini tummy tuck and a regular tummy tuck were discussed during the consultation. The patient’s goal was to tighten her muscles both above and below the belly button as well as liposuction of her hips and medial thighs. For this reason, a regular abdominoplasty with liposuction of her hips and thighs was performed. The patient is extremely happy with the procedure.
