Botulinum Toxin has received enormous media publicity recently mainly because the procedure is painless and the results are both dramatic and quick.
Botox® can be injected for wrinkles in the forehead, glabellar region (frown lines), crow's feet area, and the lips. This can be done in conjunction with other procedures such as facelift, skin resurfacing, and soft tissue filler with collagen and fat.
The procedure is performed in the office. The areas to be injected are marked and injected with Botox®.
